    Hey!

I'm new to the Forum and I have a Refurbished G23 1/13rnd Clip $429 after tax $485(is this a Rip off or a decent deal?) I'm waiting for my paper work to go through so I havent payed yet. ANy how I just wanted to know where would you guys buy ammo for a .40? I hear Wally World is the best place but how much is an average Price per Bullet? I've been looking around at 20c-23c a Bullet....

    Thanks!

Although, not a huge selection, but Dicks Sporting Goods has a pretty decent price on ammo.

Try www.surplusammo.com. Is about $7.50 for a box of 50 after shipping. (That is if you buy in bulk;) )

$17 per 100 of WWB at Wally world.

The Blazer Brass is even cheaper (around $8 per 50 IIRC).

I keep an eye out at my local Gander Mountain...when it's on sale, I can get 100 rnd value packs of Blazer Brass for 14.95. I always buy a couple to add to the stash.

    welcome to THR
wal-mart is a great place to get ammo. the wwb value packs are around $17.95 for 100rds or 165gr fmj's here maybe different where you are, but my local wal-mart recently started carrying, blaser brass 180gr fmj's and they are $8.37 for 50rds. I buy the blaser when they have it in stock, other wise i buy the winchester.
you have a handgun, and you can't go wrong with a glock or the .40 caliber good choice safe shooting, enjoy!

Wal Mart's buying power is hard to beat no matter what your buying, + no shipping and there all over the place. You can't beat Win. White Box for practice ammo. I usually don't by JHP there. Graf & Sons is a good place on the internet because you pay $3.95 for shipping no matter what or how much you order.

I bought and shot a couple boxes of Blazer Brass .45acp today for the first time, and I was actually pleasantly surprised. I thought it was accurate and not too dirty(for the price of course).
