    ended up with some.
    Check out my S&W's: 915, M&P 45, 686.
Low tech as the 915 might be and the old school of the 686, I like them.

gudel, Those are some sweet looking Smiths you have there. I especially like the 6" 686. I currently have three S&Ws: a SW99 compact 9mm, a M&P40 comapct and a model 65-3 4" .357/.38 stainless. I put a Hogue rubber Monogrip (like on your 686) on it not too long ago and really like how the grip feels and looks on it. Yep, Smith and Wesson make some great guns.

686s rock! The M&P I'm getting interested in now that its out in .45, the 915 -- I've given up on DA/SA guns.

do you know if there's other rubber grip that is slightly larger the the one that came with the gun? I could use a bigger grip for this. Some say to use the S&W 500 grip, but not sure if it's going to fit.

Nice, but you REALLY do need a J frame to round things out.:)

I just posted this in another thread. Mostly 5 screws. Sorry I am not a better photographer.

Nice pic gudel! Thanks for sharing ;)
I like Smiths too, but mostly wheelguns. The semi autos I've owned were just to awkward for me to keep.

I'm not sure if the 500 grip would fit a 686 either. I would give S&W and/or Hogue a call and see what they say. I can't think of a thicker rubber revolver grip off hand, maybe Pachmayr makes a thicker/larger one (just a guess).
