Checked out the Taurus PT 1911

    And I must say I was totally disappointed, this was the Stainless model and the edges were so sharp it was just difficult to hold much less shoot, I can't imagine running a 100 rounde thru a pistol like this, no thanks.

    It isn't even in the same league as my CZ's, nice rounded edges and a joy to shoot.:eek:

    Welcome to the wonderful world of Taurus International Manufacturing where "our skilled gunsmiths" turn out products that run the gamut from perfectly fine for their intended purpose to multi-part machined "hammers".

    I had a PT 1911 SS that was a fine shooter WHEN it ran. Problem was, it didn't. Stay away, far away.
