Cheek pad for M70?

I am putting the final touches on my M70 Stealth varmint rig. The optics plane of my scope, a Leupold Mark4 LR/T 6.5-20x50 M1, predictably sits way up off the buttstock. Clearance between the barrel and objective bell is minimal.

What would be the best cheek pad / stock pack to raise my cheek weld? A long-term goal might be to install a new McMillan stock with adjustable cheek pad, but what can I do now?
