    Came across this, tho some folks may have seen it - it was new to me - very useful chronicle of many instances involving civilian defence episodes. This link will take you to this month's incidents .... - just select from links on the left to inspect other month archives.

    This is good work collecting all the data. I have only just started reading thru.

    I actually had the chance to meet Clayton Cramer a couple of years ago. Amazingly smart fellow, and real nice guy to boot. The guy has to have an almost photographic memory to pull facts out of his head and quote the sources verbatim like he does.
