Civivi is a subsidiary of W.E. knives. Civivi is kind of their budget line. Sort of like how Byrd knives is the budget line for Spyderco.

At any rate I picked up the Civivi Praxis on Black Friday for $34.99 + shipping ($3).

Flipper was a little stiff, but I sat there flipping it for a few hours and lubed with ballistol and it became quite a bit smoother. It's my new beater work knife.

G10 handle, 9Cr18MoV blade, OAL Length 8.45", Blade Length 3.75", Cutting Edge 3.25" and 4.42 ounces.

I got it in tan in case I wanted to RIT dye it.

Blade is thin, real slicer. Came sharp. The blade is a bit thin compared to come of my other folding knives so I'd be hesitant to do any light prying with it.

Pretty good buy I think.

Here it is in comparison with (L to R) Al Mar Small Bowie, a Fallkniven F1, a Kershaw Emerson something or other, the Praxis (in orange), a Benchmade Presidio Auto and a Gerber 06 FAST.
