I like the shop because they get very unique things…. Don’t like the shop because the owner is a collector and knows his pricesYeah, “market” my…um…eye!
That ^^^^ is very true.If we don’t support the local guys, they won’t be there in the future
I have a 19-4 with a 6” barrel. It has the Patridge front sight. I wanted to change the sight to a red ramp but the Patridge has grown on me.Just sold mine...

are you in the midwest?Like always, the prices in my neck of the world would be higher. That $950 nickel plated snubnose 19 wouldn't last long around here.
are you in the midwest?
Certainly it's not a range toy you'd shoot all afternoon, but a M19 or M66 snubby makes a great BUG or primary CC. I can tolerate four or five cylinder loads of moderate level magnums before my hand screams ENOUGH!!M19 round butt+ Magnums= ouch.
Cool!Last one!
with all the Hype on the Post Lock S&W 19. Don’t forget… the Real Classic is available is as Cool as it gets!
check this perfect condition, 19-4 with recess + pin! baby grips, and 70’s Cool Guy Shine!
it’s got my finger prints all over it. But it’s very clean
didn’t take it home, but I did a T-shirt polish at the shop and it’s perfect under the grease and finger prints! nice Wax job will make it shine! I think it’s expensive, compared to the 66 stainless no dash I found for $400 at the other shopCertainly it's not a range toy you'd shoot all afternoon, but a M19 or M66 snubby makes a great BUG or primary CC. Great looking M19-4 you found, Mark_Mark, did you take it home? I've got a 4" blued M19-3 and a M66-1 snubby like the nickel 19 you showed.

wish they made a tiny pocket suppressor for my Ruger LCP Max !I’m getting away from carrying magnums. Too much noise/recoil for follow ups. And I might be in close quarters.. I.E. the car. I like my hearing!
I paid more than that for my stainless shown above (although it was ANIB when I bought it) and $150 under that for the blued M19-3, but that was in 2014. Nickel S&W's usually carry a value premium of 10-25% over a blued version in the same condition. Model and age are what varies the amount of premium. Roughly 10% of S&W non-stainless models are nickel plated, so they are less common, hence more expensive. Snubbys are a fairly popular configuration as well, that's not a terribly high price, IMO.didn’t take it home, but I did a T-shirt polish at the shop and it’s perfect under the grease and finger prints! nice Wax job will make it shine! nice Combo you got there!
