I have absolutely no practical use for the large frame S&W revolvers, and I have absolutely no control on buying them. I mean I can't stay away. Love this Classic S&W 19-4. Please post any pictures you have of these Classic Revolvers....Any Model, All Models, I can't get enough of them.
Well I can see your reasoning: 1) it would be very difficult to walk away from a minty Model 19 like that one, and 2) yes, a K, L, or N frame is going to be a lot larger gun than a J frame.
Generally, no. I usually have mine with me though.
Thank you for the kind comments...
This is the backstrap of the 681....
I collect badges...and old guns. If I come across a marked gun, I try and find a badge of the right era to go with it. Rarely, I can find the badge and gun together. The M66 was a presentation gun to a DPD LT when he was the President of the Dallas Police Association. The badge and gun actually go together.
Sometimes something else that matches the era of the gun:
I wanted the entire gamut,,,
The four standard frame sizes,,,
Coupled with the four popular cartridges.
The Harem.
Lilith: J-frame Model 63 in .22 LR Morgana: K-frame Model 67 in .38 Special Brigid: L-Frame Model 686 in .357 Magnum Jezebel: N-frame Model 629 in .44 Magnum
And just in case you didn't notice,,,
All in soul-les,,, err,,, stainless steel.
Nice stuff. I like the "Come Along" I rather imagine some folks that got choked or beat to death while resisting might still be alive if those things were still allowed in Law Enforcement.......of course there would be a lot of folks still claiming they were misused.
