Clean load with lead?

Anybody have any suggestions about what the cleanest powder/with lead for 45acp ESR revolver load would be? I'm looking to keep my cylinder chambers clean for faster reloading. I generally only load lead, and would like to keep one load, but if I have to I may go with plated/jacketed for major matches and keep lead for local matches and practice.
