Colorado Mag Ban before State Supreme Court

    Read an article this morning that listed the position of every democratic presidential hopeful WRT to gun laws every single one of them supports a renewal of the assault weapons ban and magazine capacity restrictions.

    Sooner or later, the locals will start to enforce the law. All it's going to take is a police chief who makes it a priority.

    Polis has stated that rewriting the law to fix the " loopholes" in it is on the list of things he hopes to accomplish while in office. I will bet my ass that any rewrite will include criminalizing possesion of existing magazines and dropping the limit to 10 rounds

    And all of my deer hunting rifles are in compliance with Cuomo`s Idea already as i suspect most of your deer hunting rifles are too.

    But everybody needs 10 bullets to kill 10 deers.
