Does anyone know the thread and diameter of the stock Colt grip screws for their .380 Government Pocketlite?

They are exactly the same diameter/thread as the full size 1911 Government models, only a bit shorter.

If you buy the ones for the slim 1911 grips, they will fit fine, that's what I used on mine.

As usual, 9'er is right. You can also chuck them in a drill press and smooth down the heads if they are slightly sticking out. Try hex screws. Bren
