Mines a six incher in .44 magnum, awsome firearm and a lot of fun to shoot.

I'm trying to pull in a leather holster for it, a gent from PA, and on this forum is going to send me one soon...I hope. :)

    Nice!

I'd love to find a 4" Anaconda for a decent price but alas...

If you look real hard you can find them anywhere from $699-900. In realistic prices. One's on the auction site's sell for all over the place $1000-and up.:what:

Nice! I need to find one of these, since I grew-up in the town with the same name in Montana . . . if God is a gun collector/shooter, failure to do so might keep me away from the Pearly Range . . . where brass is always new & the wind never blows . . .

I might have been tempted to sell my six inch Anaconda after seeing some of the prices mentioned here.

But just got this neat Hunter holster to put on my Bianchi web belt, nice rig for any occassion.

    VERY NICE!!

Had a 6 inch .45 LC Anaconda. Got it right after they came out. Got it for $425 and tax. Was a great shooter. Then the barrel started coming loose, took back to store and their "gunsmith" tightened it. Shot it a few times, same thing. Took it back and he tightened it again, think he used some kind of thread lock on it. Never shot as good again, traded it off for .454 Casull Raging Bull on a whim. Wish I would have kept it and sent it back to Colt. Saw on some forum, that the barrels coming loose and not square to frame were a common problem for a while. Something to do with the set up men at Colt were replaced with less qualified personnel????? Not stating a fact, just something I have wondered about!!

    Still, I DO envy you!!
