I just came across a New in Box Colt 'El Soldado' 38 Super with simulated Pearl grips.

I can't find any info on this gun. Anyone around here seen one before or have an idea of new price/used price?

    Thanks,

    David.

I think George Patton might have liked it. :)

    Thanks,

    David.

I love it. just got an El Campeon. Shot it yesterday. It shot Win white box 38 Super to point of aim at 25 yards on the range at Ft. Huachuca. There is a picture of mine elsewhere on this site but I'm going to include it. The El Soldato is listed at 1050. It will be worth Much more. I intend to buy several of them and encase them.

Patton carried guns with ivory grips, not plastic simulated mother of pearl.
