Hello folks well like what i said before i was done buying guns until something "new" interests me well here it is..GSG-5 look out this Pony is one heck of a rifle!! The "Cool" factor is definetly high and this is coming from me who used to own and loved the GSG-5..I tried just 50 rounds and man!! I need to get more ammo!! my stock pile will be greatly depleted by this AR..anyway here it is..If anybody wants one just call my dealer at 509-6659362 and ask for kelsey or dowey..

I like it ! It looks really close the the real M4 !

Hopefully, blackdog will do some correct sized magasines for it, even if it means only having 25 rounds.

BTW, do you know if the pistol grip and the stock can be replaced with standard ar-15 replacements ? (like magpul stuff ? )

gvnwst well IMHO i dont think colt will agree on the deal with umarex if the quality is below their quality control..

How many rounds does the magazine hold? From looks alone I'd guess half a brick, but I'm sure it's something less...

Saw one at my local dealer last week. It didn't have the full length rails though, but had a removable carry handle.

My question is though...does the bayo lug work?:evil:

What was the price if you don't mind me asking? I have been looking at this and the S&W model coming out and am a bit torn which way to go. If its too much I'm just going to buy a dedicated upper but it will depend on how well these work as well.

The capacity fo the magazines is 30 rounds (it's the size of a 40 round 5.56x45mm AR mag). It's that big due to single-stacking the rimmed .22LR.
A 10 round magazine is also suppose to be released.

None of the .22LR AR conversion magazines work in the Colt/Umarex M4 .22LR.

The 10 round magazine looks like it might be about the size of a real 20 round AR mag.

Something matching the actual size of a 30 rounder, whatever it held, would be nice.

I saw two at my local shop today. They looked really nice and I believe were a little over 600.

The only thing I saw on them that I did not like was that the selector has to go 180 degrees to get to fire, instead of 90 -- seems like an unnecessary change.

Otherwise, the one I looked at at the local gun store seemed like a pretty good M4 lookalike.

It's made by Umarex (some parts are made by Walther) for Colt.
