I normally don't start these threads but I saw this one first I guess.

"What really infuriates me is the level of violence that we have in America that's preventable, and that most Americans, Republican and Democrat, gun owners and not, actually agree on some common-sense solutions,"

I would really like to know what he is talking about...

Note: this is their second anti-gun story in 2 days.

He said there was one shooting with a legally obtained firearm.
Now how many illegally obtained firearms were used in a shooting? That number wasn't given.
How many of those shootings with illegally obtained firearms could have been prevented by Citizens using concealed carry firearms? Again that number wasn't given.
Now the Hero Mayor was the first on the scene of a housefire and saved the homeowner, why wasn't the Fire Department there yet?
Had it been a home invasion, rape, robbery, murder, would the Police Department had gotten there any faster?
The falacy is that you can trust your safety to public servents, You can't. You can only trust your and your families safety to you.

When your head is buried deeply in the sand, your butt is vulnerable Cory.
