Could I get a custom Redhawk Convertible?

Hello. If this isn't the proper forum please move accordingly. Basically I was wondering how difficult it would be to have someone make a convertible cylinder for a Ruger Redhawk 45 lc to allow it to shoot .45 acp as well. I know they have this going for the blackhawk, but I would prefer a double action. Alternately does anyone know of someone that makes cylinders like this? Thanks in advance, Mike

Pinnacle Guns will cut the cylinder to use .45 ACP on moonclips and yet still be able to fire .45 Colt.
