Covert Orange still around?

Few years back there was a new company that made blaze orange hats and vests under the trademark "Covert Orange". The trademark is registered to a Carlile Design out of Missouri.

No website. Just a blog from 2007 with a half dozen posts and a couple YouTube videos.

I bought a ballcap and vest when I first saw them around 2007-ish. Anyone use the stuff or heard of it besides me?

I keep the vest in my truck for emergency if I have to get out and help with an accident, etc and need to be seen for my safety.

If they're not out of business, they're certainly doing an excellent imitation. I'm not sure how much difference the waffle pattern would make. I also suspect that it might not meet the requirement in most states for solid orange.
