Cowboy lever action gunsmith needed....

So I have a Winchester 357 lever action that is giving me some feeding issues. I normally do all of my own gunsmithing. But, for once I’m thinking this is a good excuse to get it fixed and slickened up all at once. Who is highly recommended for this?
