The Shockwave is a cheap <$100 .22 caliber break barrel spring air gun, I bought one for pest control, here's how that went.
The good:
Fairly quiet for an (advertised) 800fps .22 spring gun. I don't claim to have much experience but this one isn't much louder than a pump bb gun.
It's cheap.
The bad:
Everything.
I bought it , and set it aside. Todaya the Starlings were out and i picked it up and whacked the closest one dead center, not a twitch.

I was feeling good about this gun.
Then i missed the next five, got frustrated and put it on paper, and couldn't hit squat with it. 6" groups at 15m.

The rear sight is plastic and the screws weren't tightened down at all so the sight was flopping all over the place.

The trigger is 6 lbs of mush for about 1/4" then breaks with no discernable wall.
But after tightening the rear sight down, weeding out the squashed ones from the cheap Walmart Ruger Superpoint 17gr pellets and getting used to the trigger I was getting somewhere

Then this happened at about 300 pellets in.
It's fully closed and locked.

It started getting very sticky to break open, then it just bent when I had to start whacking it with my palm to open it.
All in all fun, but I can think of better ways to blow $100.
