Funny.

Though you should put the word 'guns', which would replace 'them', before the first 'banned' just to give the sentence better structure.

Cute. Is there a big library of these types of images/messages?

I always found it odd that Freud as a groundbreaking psychiatrist was deathly afraid of houseplants (or at least so I heard. Now that I googled it, I can't find reference to it so I guess I picked that up from somewhere stupid). Its kind of like a claustrophobic miner or an arachnophobic entomologist. :p

You really should use someone that carries more weight than Freud though...
Hmm, considering Freud is the most influentual researcher of human psychology in history, who would you suggest is better? ;)

Seriously though, some of his more out-there ideas have become pop culture touch stones and have rightfully been discarded as nonsense. Unfortunately, Freud did a lot of very serious work in the field that is still referenced by people today and it has been marginalized by people with only a cursory understanding of his work. You can't simply dismiss a life's worth of work because he made a few mistakes while practically inventing that field of study.

I love the picture Nightwatch. Whining ignorant crybabies is exactly what most antis are.

You should consult the psychologists today about that...on the order of none or very few of his theories are even looked at now. All thrown away because they aren't falsifiable and thus not scientific. Freud is only influential in getting people interested in the field, not to the actual field.

Reworked into a more solid scientific discipline possibly, but thrown away? Not quite. His scientific method certainly left much to be desired, but many of the basic concepts he articulated are still used to today. It's understandable that as the field matured, the theoretical and philisophical aruguments that Freud made for his theories would be rejected. But to claim that he wasn't the most influential researcher of human psychology is a little disingenuous.

Your letter spacing is much too tight in the lower headline.

Yes ... and I abhor the use of "inchmarks" in place of proper typographic quotes.

Sorry, but I do this for a living :p

Also, if the first part was said by someone famous (didn't Feinstein say that?) then give them credit like you did Freud.

But the use of photo and whitespace is very effective :)

Sorry guys. I know my grammer and writing is not good. I am a product of social promotion. I got to tenth grade and had a fourth grade reading level. I dropped out of high school at that point. Went for a GED later on, but I know that Im winging it most of the time. I apologize. ;)
