I had some issues with a recent load. I got over 20 people helping me (Thanks). My wife ask a good question, "Do those guys have experience doing that stuff ?" I explained that a great deal of reloading experience was to be had there. Got me thinking, What is the Cumulative years of reloading experience here on THR.

How about this, put your number of years reloding down and add it to the one before you for the total. Something like this:

Sublimze41 -----11
Total-------------11

I started in 1985 but took some time off, I'll say 12 years total for me. So 96 total.

35 years for me; pistol, revolver, and rifle - lots of rifle. If I did the math right we're at 195

Sublimze41 -------11
dakotasin---------10
glockgod----------20
RecoilRob---------33
DUCKNDAWG------10
cdrt--------------40
safetyjoe---------12
rbernie-----------24
Idano-------------35

Loaded for a while then took an extended break. Took it back up maybe three years ago so my total is 8-12 years.
How about 10.
Or if you want add another .75 to round it off…:D

24, I think. Right after I got married. Started in the old shed behind our first house. I am indoors in my older sons room now. He's moved out. My wife was kind enough to let me have it. :D

299.25

'Bout 10 years. More handgun than rifle. Until recently, all of it on a single stage press.

Trouble is, all this experience (which could run into millenia) isn't cumulative.

Started when I was 16, loaded .303 British and .38 WC's. The .303 was for me and the WC's so I could watch my DAD shoot. I am 41 now, so that is 25 years. The math looks like:

299.25
10.00 for Lee
25 for me

334.25 years

21 years. I have my own gun room, (in the house), with two benches, two presses, locking cabinets and other shelves for reloading components, tools and literature. Safe and desk.

427 total years. (Ford or Chevy, that was a good engine!)

I started with the .30 Carbine in 1981. I have only reloaded straighted walled cases from 9mm to .38 Spl to .44 to 45-70.

26 years.
