Cuomo - How bad???

Well, Kennedy is out of contention for the Senate seat in NY. So I'd say its all but certain the AG Cuomo will be appointed to the seat. Being in NY politics I assume he's pretty anti-gun. My question is... HOW anti-gun? Is he militant and outspoken? Or just something he doesn't support? What info do we have that show his position?

I believe this is political more than legal (although Cuomo abused the legal system to do Clinton's bidding, so maybe not), but Google:

If laws are made by politicians, and lots of politicians are or were lawyers, then doesn't politics fit under the category of "Legal" ?

I too want to know how Cuomo might look at the Legality of NY gun laws. Is that really political?

I haven't heard much about him re: guns in NY since he took office.

His father was anti-gun, and made a famous anti-hunter comment concerning what hunters did while away, and lying to their wives about it.

The question to ask is what gun laws have been put in place in NY since he became AG and how has enforcement of gun laws been conducted?

We don't discuss politics, even if most politicians are lawyers, because some members can't control their "Mr. Jekyl" side and turn into flaming jerks (thereby ruining the "civil discussion" aspect of THR) whenever politics is brought up.
