    Nice color case hardening. Unfortunately, the rest of the gun is bland in comparison.

    I agree. I was expecting something spectacular because I never expected to see Turnbull customize an air gun. Still cool they are thinking out of the box. I always look forward to seeing what’s new from Turnbull

    Is 460 FPS in 22 enough to take out a squirrel? Only owned .177 and those were 800fps and up.

    Good question. My slowest .22 pellet rifle is factory claimed to reach 600 fps. It cracks open squirrel skulls with ease at 10 to 15 yards.

    Assuming a 15 grain pellet at 460 fps, that's about 7 ft lbs. I'd say a bit low for squirrels. Will it work? Marginally I believe. Is it the right gun? Probably not. Try to find something above 10 ft lbs. Pyramyd Air has a calculator on the web site, you can play around with weights and velocity.
