My wife suprised me with a new camera lens for Christmas. I decided to use one of my 416's for a guinea pig.

The camera i used is a Canon 60D and the new lens isn't nothing special, a Canon 40mm 2.8f.

Have a another 527 in 221 Fireball but it sits at the ranch year round. I'll have to get some pictures of it one day as it has a nice chunk of walnut on it.

First off thanks for the kind words and second I forgot to mention, it's a 416 Rigby.

Nice photography and a handsome rifle. For some reason, I think .416 Rigby is the most attractive of the African big game calibers. I don't know why, it just pleases my eye. Maybe the proportions? For some reason I have a similar visual affinity for 7.62x51 NATO even though I don't shoot it particularly often.
