cz 75 compact & m&p 9mm compact holster ??

Any idea on a holster that would work for both guns listed above. Iwb and or owb. Looking for quality, leather not some fabric, plastic junk holster. Also do you own both guns if you post a recommendation and how well does the holster work for each gun.

I guess I am looking for one holster that would be perfect for both guns if that is possible. But if not what holster would be perfect for either gun.

Is this for conceal carry? If so, I use an Uncle mikes inside the pants holster. It will carry my Sigma or my 1911 very comfortably. It was only about 10 bucks.

Hazel leather does some nice work, new manufacturer that specifically does the Compact, hazelleather.com. Eric, known as PCRCCW on this board, runs HBE Specialty Leatherworks, great stuff, czech him out at http://www.hbeleatherworks.com/

It will be for cc. I really havent checked out both guns side by side yet as I just got the cz and havent even fired it yet but they seem (remember) to be about the same in size. That is why I am interested in getting one holster for both of them. I will check out the uncle mikes and the one in the second post which has pics seems to be really nice looking. Thanks for posting.

Im really excited about he cz 75 it feels like a stout gun I have plans on carrying it from time to time once I get to fire some rounds through it. It is really heavy though. That is why I would like a holster that fits the m&p also which is lighter.

Only a soft leather holster, not specifically molded for one or the other, is going to work on both guns, and even that may be "iffy." I own or have owned both guns (except that my CZ is a PCR), and the M&P is much shorter and fatter (thicker slide). You might try something like the High Noon Bare Asset or Bianchi "Professional" IWBs.

I would still rather have specific holsters for each. Any number of perfectly good leather holsters can be obtained for 10 or 15% of the cost of the gun.

I carry the CZ 75 Compact that you mentioned and went through multiple holsters.
The issue was that it is a big pistola for CCW. Eventually I ended up with a iwb bianchi. Unless you are in open carry territory, I can't see you using a different type of holster without showing whats around your midsection. Many different manufacturers carry the style.

The lightweight PCR and the CZ Compact are basically the same size. I have found my PCR fits very well in holsters designed for the Sig P228/P229. As I have a P228 I tried my Bianchi Shadow II OWB holster with my PCR. It fit perfectly so that's what I use to carry my PCR now as the P228 sits in the safe.

I guess I will have to get a holster for each gun. That Bianchi holster isnt going to work for me I think I will contact the hbe guy and order one. I didnt see anything for holsters on the cz website. If anyone has any ideas for a good holsters for the cz 75 compact please chime in. I think I will get one for that gun first.
