My opinion is that you will have a hard time finding anyone on here that has any negative comments about the CZ-75.
I owned a CZ-75 BD Police and I loved it, I don't have it anymore and I don't remember why I got rid of it, I must have needed the money or something. The next pistol I buy will probably be a replacement for that loss, but I've spent enough money on guns over the past few months, maybe this Fall I'll get one.

I almost got one at the last gun show, but before I could wiggle through the crowd someone else picked it up and bought it. It was an older, highly polished beauty. $250 !! ...I was sick all day and 1/2 the night. 
Great guns for the money, and they have their own set of problems. I have a 75 B. It is a fun gun to shoot. The biggest problems you will find with a CZ are the springs and the slide stop. Those generally need to be replaced earlier than most models. Most who have these problems simply replace them and keep on shooting.

First gun I bought.
Bought about 40 more over the years, about 12 of them pistols.
It's the last pistol I'd sell from my collection, and not for sentimental reasons.

I have over a dozen CZ's from the little "DUO" to the mighty CZ 97B! There ain't a bad one in the bunch!

Absolutely superb firearm!!!
best 9mm i've ever shot. Great ergonomics, good magazine capacity.... the ambidextrous safety is a nice feature... i think that's a 75b model.
Anyhow, they're great pistols, never heard a bad thing about them. Personally, I think they look kinda...well, un-American. Ugly gun compared to a 1911, but most guns are hideous compared to such a beauty.

Here's the way I see it...
The CZ75b is VERY accurate, very ergonomic, has very good capacity and they just plain work.
Downsides...
- Complexity of design (compared to other firearms)
- Springs - generally weak, can be replaced
- Slide Stop (people have had issues with breakage; I wonder if the problem isn't exacerbated by the quality of springs)
- Weight
- For some folks gripping the slide in a tap, rack, bang situation is difficult due to the slide riding inside the rails
- There have been cases of the firing pin being ejected out the back of the slide when the cheap rollpin that holds it in place breaks - rare
Personally, I see more positives than negatives....for an all around 9mm

Had one the older CZ 75, Sold it for money problems. I should have sold one of my Glocks and kept that great/ uber accurate 9mm.

I have a CZ-75 with a stupidly low serial number and no import marks purchased twenty years ago for $225

I think Wolff is probably the place to go for springs. I've got 3 CZ's and haven't had any reason to play around with springs or slide stops.
I understand both issues were manufacturing-related and have been resolved.
FWIW, I believe the slide stop issue didn't affect the gun's ability to fire and was caused by stress due to a misalignment of the hole on the frame.

I've owned dozens of semi-autos and kept none of them, except for my six CZ 75's. Great SA triggers, ergonomics, reliability, accuracy.
