I have both. They both shoot surprisingly well for a short barred 9mm pistol. The slide to frame fit is very good on both of these pistols, much better than more than a few semi auto pistols I've owned and looked at over the years. The P-07 shoots slightly better groups at 25 yards than the SR9c. They both are decent pistols for the price range, (lower $400).
My CZ P-07 has about 800 round thru it so far, no jams no light strikes. It fires hard primer ammo such RWS and S&B no problem. The grip feels very good, but the texture can be a little aggressive for carrying. If it rubs against your skin much, you will know it. The DA/SA comes with a decocker part installed. It also comes with a part to change this out to a safety if you prefer it this way as some due.
What I don't like abot the P-07. The sights are cheaply made, my rear sight loosened up or was slightly loose from the factory. Had to put shim stock under it to stop it from moving. The white on the front sight is now coming off. Kind of annoying when shooting it. The mags are not necessarily drop free all the time. This stated happening after I got some rounds thru it. This part does not bother me much but it does some people.
The SR9c has some nice features and an excellent grip. Extra bonus points for metal and elevation adjustable sights. And the 10 and 17 round mags to change grip length. About the only negative I have to say is I have had some light strikes with harder primer ammo such as S&B and RWS. So far American made 9mm has been fine. But I'm not carrying the SR9c yet till I prove it out one way or another with more rounds downrange. I also read a number of posts on light strike issues with some SR9c. Got to wonder if the striker spring is marginal on the SR9c. Currently only have about 350 rounds thru it.
