CZ Rami, compact desert eagle, H&K USPC?

My local dealer gave me quotes for the following:

CZ RAMI $525
Compact DEsert Eagle $515
H&K USPc $700
Glock 23 $440

I'm actually leaning more towards an all steel model as I already have a polymer handgun. What is the most reputable manufacturer and what would be the best buy for my money?

I'm not a Glock guy, but that does look like a fair price.

The CZ RAMI is a great gun, however $525 is way too high for it! I've had 5 or 6 of them and I never paid more than $400.00.

The best buy is the one you can shoot most accurately. You have shot each one haven't you,???????

The RAMI is more of a subcompact gun, like the Glock 26/27 series of guns.


If you're looking for a compact model and money is no object, go for the HK USPc. It's more expensive and the mags are 2-3 times more money than Glock mags, but it's a great gun.

Otherwise, you could do a lot worse than the Glock 23. $17 magazines, and uber reliable gun.

I agree on the CZ RAMI price, it is TOO High, mine was $400 (.40) and I have not seen them much higher that that, I think $420 was the highest.
