I hadn't taken out this CZ455 Rustic Trainer 22LR in quite a while. Had excellent results ringing the 75m guajalote silhouettes with better than 85% hits standing offhand with Fed 510B LRN, 3x scope setting. The scope sits in high see-through rings, so I also had to take some shots with the most excellent open sights. What fun! Immediately after, I pretty much decided to sell of my Marlin XT-22 and M60...I just won't need to shoot those anymore.

i have a cz513 which was the economy version of the cz bolt series. It comes with a slicker, non checkered stock and a much worse trigger but my goodness that thing can shoot. It is the first gun that I've ever owned and it will never leave my possession. Funny enough I also have an xt-22 and marlin model 60 both of which i love. That xt-22 gets absolutely THRASHED on and its plenty accurate for what I use it for and that marlin 60 has pretty much been shot out at this point.

That's a very attractive rifle!

It's pretty much a basic model, and the stock is birch, but the cool thing about it is the "Stars and Stripes" checkering.

Very nice but I see that it was discontinued a couple of years ago. Really like the birch stock and Stars and Stripes checkering.
