Anybody else see Judge Napolitano (sp?) talke about the AW ban today?

On FOX NEWS. He went over some points of the ban, (though they neglected to mention the magazine capacity part), and lamented about how foolish it was. That a perfectly legal rifle is suddenly illegal if you add "a piece of plastic", and how it was deisgned by politicians to convince their constituents that they were combating gun crimes, even though the ban on "so called assault weapons" (exact quote!) is ineffective for crime fighting!

He also mentioned how he doesn't think the government should have a monopoly on the use of force (when it comes to self defense).

Thank GOD for FOX NEWS. This would've NEVER, EVER EVER EVER happened on CNN.

Judge Nepaulitano (I can't spell his name, argh) RULES. :cool:

Cooooooool! Glad to see that somebody is willing to stick up for us.

Though I'll tell you what, I'd be even more shocked if that idiot, Bill O'Reilly were on our side on this one.
 
A little while ago on Fox News, Judge Andrew Napolitano tried to explain the AW ban. He did a pretty good job although I`m not well versed on the ins and outs. He pretty much said it was a feel good bill so pols could say they`re tough on crime but we knew that.

The one thing he said that I think was wrong is that not too many people were concerned with the ban on full autos. That may be true out of the total U.S. population which may be the way he looks at it. Of course I`m just guessing

All in all, I think he presented a "Fair and Balanced" look at the law. He only had a couple of minutes.:)

I`m sure there`ll be a link someone who knows what they`re doing can post.
 
Dangit, I thought you were talking about the AZ Governor Napalitano...

It's still good to see someone high up knows how dumb the ban is.
