    When was my Python manufactured?

    s/n VA16XX

It came in the brown "woodgrain" cardboard box w/ a white styrofoam insert.

I'm sorry but I do not go out with pythons or snakes of any type.

I'd be delighted to date your Python, however, Florida is a long drive for me, so I won't have her home before the year 2020. :D

Seriously, I think the VA prefix is very recent production.

I'll take her out, and what's more, I'll even try to have her home by 11:00.

I just talked to the folks at Colt.

    It was manufactured in 1980.

I guess I answered my own question!
