Daughter likes 49/56

This is a pic of my oldest from last year, went to the range. I had created a good recipe for the MAS 49/56, checking it out at the range for function. So I put in a 10 round mag so she could shoot it, told her to put 6 in the center and 4 in the head. Around 150 yards, so I guess that makes her a zombie sniper.



Really enjoy that rifle and so does my daughter, wants that one so I,m not supposed to ever get rid of it

Great shooting.....But don't say it too loud, we need to keep everyone thinking that the french rifles are crap and they can't shoot straight.

Women half-think that I'm patronizing them when I assert that they are good shots. I'm not. I think it would also be the highpoint of my day to get to go shooting with a "shooting buddy" who was HALF as pretty as your lovely daughter. I get the impression that she had a good shooting teacher. Congrats on the results!

Grew up with guns and have 21 years in the army and still serving, so yeah, they get good instruction. Been enjoying the milsurps, I,ll stay quiet about the Frenchies. Always have room for more as I find them. She likes the RIA .45 and the Redhawk in .44, amongst other things I have

I love my 49/56. Is your still in 7.5 French or has it been converted to 308? chris3

Original caliber as it should be, unissued from 1962 and no re-arsenal stamp on the receiver.
