Designs You Would Like To Make A Comeback

Not to burst your bubble but it would probably come with a lock.:barf:
No bubble to burst, brutus — i.e, my inaugural-year S&W 500, my Tundra & my cabin all have locks.

All kidding aside, I would turn my head for a 1006, but must confess to having passed on a recent M57 Classic because of the lock.

I realize this isn't fully dead yet but with the way this particular handgun has passed through life, this has certainly made it unavailable to mere mortals. I like the concept and the tech. Would love to see Ruger, S&W, or Glock pick this up and design it for a manufactured gun for the masses. Definitely moves the tech and usability forward, which I think is needed beyond the current state of "plastic wonder guns".

I'd like to see the Sig P-232 make a comeback. I think it's arguably the prettiest little pistol I own, and it shoots extremely well, too. I don't know why they stopped. Makes no sense.

.45 Colt Anaconda for me please.
Have one absolute joy to shoot filled my deer tags every year for ten years running, one shot deer DOA, never left it's tracks, got two one shot, had two tags, five tags season in that state, special hunt area. Never went back Chronic Wasting Sickness plus rampant T.B. infection of deer.

That one ( SA 35 ) I GOTTA BUY, anyone have one in stock??
I've got that on my wanna list, too, and I checked all my usual sources just yesterday and didn't find any except one on Gunbroker that some scalper was trying to get $450 over the MRSP for, and for that kind of premium I can just wait a while.

I’d love to have a new manufacture Baby Browning, and/or a Colt 1908 vest pocket pistol.

Does it have to be made by FN or would a Precision Small Arms PSA-25 Pocket Pistol, made right here in the U.S.A., work for you as well?

I conceal-carry my P230 nearly every day. Sometimes I wish it was a 9mm with more capacity, but it fits my hand and points so well for me, and I shoot it so well, I just keep strapping it on day after day.

There are a number of guns I would like to see back in production.

The SIG 225 (the real one, not the so-called 225A1) and the BERETTA 8000L pistols, both in 9m.m. I have found that both have a very ergonomic grip that shoots well for me.

COLT Diamondback! I would love a "BLUE" 4 inch model and if it only comes in .38 Special, that is fine. I would not complain at all, if they brought out also, a 2 1/2 and 6 inch model.
The good sights, beautiful blue and styling of these revolvers is just not the same as the stainless replacements that COLT call's the COBRA line.

I would like to see a SIG 232 with the aluminum frame chambered for the 9x18m.m. ULTRA/POLICE round with a good hollow point round for self defense. The original 230 was available in this caliber and the better safety and grip of the 232 would make a wonderful carry gun.

Oh, and a BERETTA TOMCAT 3032 model with a 4 inch barrel.

Yep, the Diamondback has been on my wish list for years. I like to shoot 38 from a gun actually designed for it. If it was back in production, it could be affordable and game for being fired.
