Determine the age of Charter Bulldogs??

    How do I determine the age of my Charter Bulldogs?
    I have no idea.

    I don't think their is many that care about collecting the Charter Arms revolvers so they are usually lumped into early models and late models manufactured currently.

    Early models had no ejection rod enclosing under lug and where manufactured in the 70's like this one.

    Recent ones manufactured currently and in the last several years by the revived company name have a full under lug like this:

    Writing to the current company may find a more exact time frame.

    Take a look at this thread, Charter Arms Research on PAFOA forums, where Jim Hauff has done an exemplary job of collecting such information. I think you will find it very helpful.
