Differences Between 1911 & High Power?

    Besides the obvious, what are the differences in the 1911 and High Power?

    1. the trigger linkage - straight/swing
    2. the barrel bushing - removable/fixed
    3. link/cam
    4. recoil spring plug/none
    5. grip safety/none
    6. magazine safety/none

    1911 is single stack
    HP is staggered

    1911 has non ramped barrel
    HP has ramped barrel.

    There is a significant difference in height, from bottom of magazine to top of rear sight; the BHP is more compact in that dimension, which generally means more concealable, unless one goes to a compact-frame 1911. I just threw that in for those who want the more concealable weapon.
