i just received a new dillon swagger and it was missing te screw that locks the flat block plate

would any of you guys know what i need to ask for at the hardware store

Last week I finally got through to Dillon there was 30+ wait for cust service, I e-mailed c.s. my problem any my part( no charge ) in four day's.
They are 5_7 weeks behind on New orders!

i had to call them recently as well. i just put it on speakerphone and did some other stuff until someone picked up. i'm sure they're working as hard as they can.
