Given the focus of this forum, can anyone comment on the enabling legislation allowing DHS appropriated funds to be used for this purpose, or the authorizing legislation for this body to be created at all?
It seems to me that creation of this body violates both legal requirements for a law to authorize action by DHS as well as fiscal law allowing funds to be used only based on appropriation of the money to the department.

Musk is no different than all the other billionaires who think they know best and have the funds to try and make you accept their view of life.

Gov't hasn't done anything to prevent the Bloomberg's, the Hunt's, the Soro's, the Koch's etc. from pressing their agenda on the American public, why start now?
