We do rat terrier rescue. We have a small horde of yipping things. Their unconditional love is amazing. We have about a dozen rescued animals on the property. We only have one that we actually sought and bought. We have stray horses, a stray goat and a pack of stray ratties.

IMHO, how a civilization takes care of its elderly, its children and its animals is how it should be judged.
