I see these for $200 and less and they don't look half bad. Has anyone shot one?

Yes I do know about the erzatz Valter TT...

Val Forgett sent me one of these when they first came out to get my opinion on it.
My only complaint was the miserable looking stocks that appeared to be cut from a peach crate.
It was sighted dead on the money at 25 yards and would put eight rounds in one hole at that distance. Yes, those are 8 round magazines, not 10 round mags.
Funny thing about the Chinese, they will copy any weapon to the quality of the gun being copied, no better, no worse.
At that time I think these pistols sold for 150 bucks or some such and I would not give much more than that for one NIB.

There aren't too many of them around. They are an accurate gun, with ugly grips. There is one for sale near me for $170. It has a little card with it that says it is picky about ammo and sometimes doubles. Might still be worth playing with. Parts might be difficult to come by, but from what I've heard very few guns that cheap will be as accurate. I have seen some on the auction sites going for more than $200. For closer to $400 I think the Russian IZH-35m is a better deal.
