Bought a don hume no.52 jij slide holster for a sp101.
At first it had a real tight fit almost kydex'ish, but after a couple uses it loosened up, still fits nice and am liking it though. Just wondering if anyone else has used one and had it loosen up to much. It doesnt have a snap and I'm wondering I should have gotten one with a thumb snap of some sort

If was made for your gun it should be fine. I've used the JIT holster for years and they are working great. New leather will loosen up a little but still should form to the gun. I like them for what they are, small and light.

I think some people use their holsters for 2 or 3 different guns and then wonder why they don't fit anymore. It's easy to do with that type of holster.

I have one and it holds the gun just right IMO, won't fall out if i turn it upside down but is easy to draw.

I've had and still have, several Don Hume products. I've never had one I didn't like. For the money, they are the best holsters out there.
