Hi there! I thought Nanaimo did all the posting here!
I read "somewhere" that Fish had in fact given a blanket approval, but I'm holding off myself until I can be sure... I have lyrics for "Black Powder & Alcohol", and may have to dig out that old laptop (it's an 8088! ) to see what, if any lyrics I have saved there...

Country Joe Macdonald has a string of interesting music, above and beyond his protest stuff. He's got a whole werbsite, it turns out, with ALL KINDS of interesting "stuff' on it, including some gun-related. Check it out.
