Was browsing around the other day for decent scopes that one could put on an M1A, and realized that DSA has their own line of "Tactical" scopes.

Has anyone tried these out yet? One point that really impresses me is the variety of reticles they offer (as opposed to only offering the same old boring Duplex reticle)... looks like they've about six different types (including my favorite Dragunov pattern). Are these good products from a well-established manufacturer (whether they be from DSA, or someone else), or are these mediocre "pay for the name" junkers?

As for M1A optics, how well do y'all think this would work?

Thanks in advance for any info... :)

They're IOR optics. You ought to be able to run some searches here and elsewhere to get an idea about them.

I used to have an M2 on a FAL -- decent scope, but not a Trijicon (though, for the price you'd be nuts to expect it to be).
