E-filing with a NFA trust...

    Just curious , can you e-file using a trust ? has anyone done this?

    Yes. Yes.

    I've got one eForm 1 approved and another in progress on a Trust. Needs to be trust or corp to e-file, no individuals.

    Do you copy the trust in a file and send it??? I already have a copy on file........

    There's a place to upload a scanned copy. Make the file size as small as possible - the site is sloooooooooooooooooooooow.

    And it seems to not hold up well under usage, there are at least four scheduled outages a day for reboots to fix bugs.

    I was told by the manufacturer that I purchased through (and who submitted my e-forms) that the scanned trust can't be bigger than 3MB in size to be uploaded.

    Max of 10 documents, 30mb total, no file larger than 3mb.
