Looking for folks with experience with this revolver, especially the 45 caliber.
Want to know the pros and cons, strengths and weaknesses of this revolver.
Want to know what Colt SAA/clone/Ruger SA parts will/won't fit it.

I'd be surprised if there was any parts interchangeability with Colt or Ruger stuff, at least not without a lot of work.

EAA's are much bigger than a Colt, in Ruger Blackhawk territory.

I've had a chance to handle one in 45, and as far as strength, I'd say it would be pretty strong, but the action was just horrible.

There is no interchangeability, the BH is neither a true Colt action nor a true Ruger action.
The only real complaints I've heard about the BH over the years is that its transfer bar is a little more prone to breakage than the one Ruger uses.
    Otherwise a fairly solid gun.
