An East Palo Alto detective made statements on Facebook that clearly violate 2nd and 4th Amendment rights. He also stated his desire to "shoot on sight" anybody exercising their 2nd Amendment rights in East Palo Alto.
If you are not a Facebook member, it's easy to sign up and your personal information is protected to the degree you choose. This is the most popular location I've found this issue, but there may be more venues.
This is the perfect (and easy) opportunity to voice your opinion and take action, even if it is only internet discussion, to protect your inherent rights under our Constitution. I would encourage everybody to join and comment on the group as well as filing complaints on the East Palo Alto city website, police section, against the individual concerned.
