Ed Groth

Was looking at a LGS and they had a bunch of very nice SxS in from a single seller. In the collection there was a 16ga Ed Groth shotgun. Price was reasonable at $950 but I haven't never heard of the brand. Anyone have any experience with these?

Just did a search for Ed Groth shotgun and nothing popped up. Went back to that screen a minute later and saw that I’d typed, “****gun”. Corrected the typo and nothing came up.

I’ve seen a fair number of break action shotguns over the years whose brand name I’d never heard. I think back in the day there were a number of very small shotgun manufacturers.

I found the same thing minus the typo. Figured it would be a niche gun that someone with more history in shotguns might know.
