Entertaining your grandkids in the shop

When mine were the little version they were case and bullet feeders.
CASE ,size ,prime , powder , BULLET , crimp.
They had 38's and leveraction skills while still riding tricycles around the pool table.
Then boyfriends and girlfriends and cars came along and paw paw isn't so cool any more.

Yep when they get up around 14 they like to stray off and do their own things.
Indeed. I once told the spouse when the kids decide that hanging with mom and dad isn’t cool anymore, I’m selling all the desert and water toys I drag around or climb over and buying us a two-seater Porsche.

Stay safe.

My son likes reloading with me. I’ll have him process brass, sort tumbled cases and things like that. When he shows a bit more interest to learn the whole shebang, I’ll move him onto building ammo.

Stay safe.

My kid is 25 now, and while he likes to go shooting, he has zero interest in reloading. When I take the dirt nap, I've instructed my wife to give all reloading supplies and equipment to the local 4H Shooting Sports clubs to use teaching kids how to reload, if someone is interested.
I will likely never have grandkids - my boy is too weird, unless he finds a girl who has no sense of smell...

We have two of those in the herd. I blame ex son in laws and video games as enablers. But there is many reasons and some day when aliens bring his brain back he will remember how dad did things.
