"He put a gun in my face and threatened to rape my kids. I’m not having
that. I just couldn’t let this (type of robbery) happen to anyone else.
Most people would run, but I just don’t have it in me to run... I had to
protect my two girls and, I thought they were going to come back to hurt
them... But I wasn’t scared for a second."

(O’Neal jumped into his SUV and chased his attackers after they
confronted him in front of his Hiltonia home Sunday night and stole
about $1,500 in cash. The chase ended minutes later, on Route 29, after
O’Neal allegedly ran over one suspect who fired at him, leaving him dead
at the scene.)

He'll be civilly sued, and stands a good 50/50 chance of being charged with something. After all, he chased after the robber...

Also released today, Trenton the most dangerous city in America . . . .

Makes me (not fondly) remember the Dinkins years in Nueva York during the 80's . . . . where you went heavy or not at all!

The "Smart SUV" Bill was just introduced by Assemblywoman Loretta Weinberg. Hitler would be very proud of her. She's our ultimate "for the good of the people" legislator. Yay Loretta.

O'Neal was just on FoxNews... admitted to the chase trying to get car tags, no weapon with him
They were firing at him thru back of their SUV, he ducked down, foot on gas pedal, cars "bumped", things got fuzzy then, he's "still not sure if it was his car that ran over the one "VICTIM" (my choice of word, not his)".
Yeah, he'll probably be charged with something, probably needs a really good lawyer, a really good lawyer, who knows about self defense. They had one more weapon than he did (at least a gun), there were more of them, he had the righteous rage and the unmitigated gall to actually confront gun toting robbers and thin the gene pool.
Here's hoping the local DA's office doesn't try too hard to bring criminal charges against the man.
It just doesn't pay to stick a gun in some guys face in NJ, huh?
Maybe he can get enough air time to make certain all prospective jurors know his side of the story. Maybe find 12 men and women who who'll agree that enough is enough.
Maybe.
