There are those who have (which includes me) and those who willl. If the gun is at least pointed in a safe direction then it's just a huge embarassment and lesson in humility. Never say never.
Case in point. A Gunsite student , according to a press report, shot and killed his friend in a Prescott motel room the other day while doing his assigned "homework" of presentations. The problem was that 1: the weapon was in fact loaded; and 2. he pointed it at his friend.
I guarantee you that he was emphatically told the four basic safety rules at the beginning of the class.
Dammit, they are not toys.
