A man is intrested to sell his 12 gauge side by side F.C.SCOTT LONDON & BIRMINGHAM with 32" barrel, nitro proof, out side hammer, steel butt plate and condition is 60%. I am intrested to buy, what would be the actual price.

Nope, there is (was) a separate company, F.C. Scott, making good quality shotguns in the late 19th century. There was a family connexion, though. One source says they even provided the "Second" and "Third" quality guns for Holland's to sell.

Doesn't mean I can tell the OP what to pay for one, though. Check the sales sites and see what the few around have been changing hands for.
